I cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff who were eager to help. I had some family heirloom earrings that needed a bit of work; the backs were loose, and I was worried they might fall off and get lost. The jeweler took a careful look at them, explaining what would be done to fix them. It felt great that they valued the history behind the items I brought in. I was also impressed with how quickly they completed the repair. They not only tightened the backs, but they also cleaned the earrings, making them sparkle like new. I appreciate the attention to detail and the thoroughness of their work. The only tiny hiccup was the parking situation nearby, which was a bit tricky. I recently visited for a watch repair, and I was really pleased with the service. The staff was knowledgeable and took time to explain the issues with my watch. It was nice to see such expertise. The repair was done quickly, and the watch looks and functions great! One small thing I noticed was that the shop could use a bit of a refresh in terms of decor, but that didn’t take away from the excellent service. I would definitely return for any future repairs.
